Exchange and Returns

What is your returns policy?

We ensure that no clothing is packed damaged however, in case you would like to exchange the items, you must advise us as soon as your parcel is delivered, giving us a valid reason. NO REFUNDS are given.  Returns are not accepted 7 days after order is placed (Europe deliveries) and 14 days (Rest of the World).

Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded.

 Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item that is damaged due to:

  • We are not responsible for items damaged by third parties
  • Stains (food, lipstick, makeup, bleach, marker/pen, sweat, dirt, etc.)
  • Scent (perfume, body odour)
